I cannot believe that I am only six days from leaving for my trip. It seems like just yesterday I was praying that the Lord help me overcome the speed bumps that I was encountering at work. He did. Only a week ago, I was looking at my support progress and saw that I still had $1400 left to raise. Today, I have just under $500. In just two short months, before I even left home, He has brought me to my knees and done some serious work in me. If this was the build-up, I can only imagine what the month of July will be like.
I'm not sure how frequently I will be able to update this while I am overseas. My quiet times will be many, so I will have plenty of time to journal, though y'all may not be seeing those here until after I get back to the States. I am so excited to share this journey with y'all, as well as to get some new material for my other blog. The combination of traveling for four weeks, jet lag, language barriers, and a crazy schedule should make for an interesting time.
